Is it a wire cable?We have this type of cable for some of our fencing.
I'm going to say its a wire cable that is a tie down wire to a pole.in red dirt.good shot too.myrna
It is indeed cable, but not for fencing. It would make a rather...sturdy fence if it were used as such.
