The
Cambria County Jail is an imposing edifice in the center of town. Well, at least it used to be. No inmates are housed there anymore, but it had them when I was a kid. Despite 22 foot walls, I was still a wee bit creeped out by a correctional facility being across the street from the bar my family ran for 67 years.
