On our way to the Big Apple to visit with mia famiglia, we took a Jersey detour into Hoboken to visit the famed shop of Buddy Valastro, a.k.a. the Cake Boss. Seeing a line that stretched for blocks, we ate lunch first, then inquired about the line. A three-hour wait just wasn't worth it. We booked it to Greenwich Village and the center of the cupcake universe, Magnolia Bakery.
