Life is hectic. Photographing it makes it more manageable.

sunset at rocky top
We got back from Pies & Pints to find a crazy sunset occurring. I played with the settings with each shot. Composing a well-lit sunset picture was pretty tough. Practice makes perfect, I guess. I think this is the best one. (ISO 400, f/5.6, 1/100s)
Thanks, Prospero. Harsh critic of myself of course, because my eye remembers it differently than the camera captured it. The best shot of the sky underexposed everything else. The best shot of the foreground had a washed out sky with none of the color present. I must've taken 20 shots sitting in the same spot on the grass trying to capture the picture before me.
